A new build development for Peabody of 71 homes in 3 blocks, with ground floor commercial workspace, as part of a larger scheme for 580 homes and affordable workspace.

Working alongside Haworth Tompkins on the adjacent Neptune Wharf site, the proposals aim to kick start the regeneration of Fish Island, adjacent to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in East London.

The London Legacy Development Corporation granted planning permission to Peabody in November 2015.
