'Architecture, identity, place' LFA 2018

21 June 6.30-7.30pm

A walk and talk looking at the past, present and future of Fish Island, exploring the importance of the role of architecture in helping re-assert a new identity of an area and how a new sense of place can be achieved whilst respecting the past.

The walk was led by those involved in Fish Island Village, Esther Everett (LLDC), Jennifer Pirie (Lyndon Goode Architects), Ken Okonkwo (Haworth Tompkins Architects), Luke Tozer (Pitman Tozer Architects) and Cris Robertson (The Trampery).

Our Monier Road scheme in Fish Island was shortlisted in Best Scheme in Planning Category of the National Housing Awards.

The London Legacy Development Corporation has granted planning permission to Peabody for Monier Road, our new mixed-use development in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. The announcement featured in both AJ and BD.
