The 5,522 sq m residential-led mixed-use development will transform a vacant self-contained site. Including 66 homes, the scheme is part of a GLA funded initiative by Peabody, Bexley and Greenwich councils to deliver more homes. Read the AJ article

Once again Mint Street and Gap House both opened up as part of the annual architectural showcase. Luke Tozer gave tours of his home Gap House, whilst Nikki Cutler, Associate Director and project architect for the scheme gave tours of Mint Street.
