Studio Manager

We are seeking a pro-active and enthusiastic studio manager to take a leading role in the day to day running of the studio.

The successful candidate will be a good communicator with a friendly, approachable personality and a positive multi-tasking attitude.

The role will be widely varied with the successful candidate carrying out tasks including (but not limited to): front of house duties; office supplies; library and archive content; digital photo library; liaising with landlord, external suppliers and contractors; assisting architects with administrative tasks and document control; assisting with office events.

Salary to be dependent on experience.

Part-I Architectural Assistant

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Part-I architectural assistant.

We are working on numerous residential-led schemes for a range of clients who value and promote quality design.

As an award winning practice we can offer a high level of project experience and responsibility for the right person.

The applicant should:

  • Have an interest in housing design
  • Have strong communication, design and presentation skills
  • Be proficient in the use of Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite

Finance Manager - Maternity Cover (1 year)

We are seeking a part-time finance manager to provide maternity cover from August 2019.

The role will include (but not be limited to):

  • Book-keeping, cashbook & cashflow updates with Xero & Excel
  • Reconciling statements in Xero: petty cash, company debit/credit cards
  • Invoicing, fees and expensing; processing payments
  • Project analysis and reporting
  • Preparing & processing payroll
  • Quarterly VAT preparation; tax returns and liaising with external
  • accountant
  • Budgeting and yearly targets
  • HR admin duties including holiday, sickness and statutory entitlements

Required skills & qualities:

  • Proficiency in Xero, Microsoft Excel
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail, and a good proactive initiative.

Salary will be dependent on experience.
