Croydon plans to ramp up infill housing with 374 homes over 24 sites

Pitman Tozer recently submitted Kempsfield House, a 19 home scheme for Brick By Brick to planning!

Sitting on a tricky sloped site in a quiet suburb of Croydon, we undertook extensive public consultation with residents and the neighbouring church to ensure a contemporary yet contextual approach.
