Working as part of a highly collaborative international consultant team that includes executive architects and landscape designers in Singapore, with artists, makers and interior designers based in Italy, Pitman Tozer Architects have developed the design of the external envelope and facade, as well as the communal areas and entrance experience.

The envelope design is developed in direct response to specific local regulatory requirements, cultural sensitivities and environmental conditions.

The building uses strong unifying devices in the form of horizontal solar shades at each floor, to create a coherent aesthetic from a heavily stepping floor plate.
