The development will transform a vacant self-contained site and invigorate an emerging local centre. The distinctive curved elevation responds to the existing context and helps define a new civic space.

It provides 66 high quality homes arranged around a new communal garden and includes flexible community and commercial space at ground floor. It is part of a GLA funded initiative between Peabody, Bexley and Greenwich councils to deliver more homes within Abbey Wood, Plumstead and Thamesmead.
